Privacy Policy

This website, www.adamgodigital.com (the "Site"), is operated by Adam Digital Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("Adam Digital", "we", "us"). We publish AI education content, free build guides, and information about brand partnerships.

This policy covers personal data handled through the Site. Our content also appears on platforms we don't control — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads. When you interact with us there (following, commenting, or sending a DM), those platforms' own privacy policies govern how your data is handled on their services.

Information you send us. The Site has no signup forms or account system. If you email us — for example, a partnership inquiry to hello@adamgodigital.com — we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, company, role, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type and device information, the pages you request, and timestamps. This data is used to serve the Site, keep it secure, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors, and the Site does not currently run third-party advertising or social media trackers.

Testimonials. Client testimonials shown on or linked from the Site (including via Testimonial.to) were provided by the people named in them, with their permission, and may include a name, photo, role, and company. If you've given us a testimonial and want it updated or removed, email us.

We use personal data to:

• respond to inquiries and correspond with you;
• negotiate, deliver, and manage brand partnerships and related agreements;
• operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• keep business records we're required to maintain; and
• establish or defend legal claims if that ever becomes necessary.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We currently send no newsletter or marketing emails. If that changes, we'll only email people who have opted in, every email will include an unsubscribe link, and we'll update this policy.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Legitimate interests — running and securing the Site, responding to messages you send us.
• Contract — taking steps you request before entering a partnership agreement, and performing that agreement.
• Consent — where we ask for it, such as testimonials.
• Legal obligation — keeping records required by law.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object — see section 11.

The Site does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and you won't see a cookie consent banner because we haven't needed one. Any cookies or similar technologies in use are limited to what's strictly necessary to serve and secure the Site. Third-party sites you click through to (including social platforms and partner sites) set their own cookies under their own policies.

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site, and they process limited data on our behalf:

• Vercel (USA) hosts the Site and processes request logs such as IP addresses as part of serving pages and preventing abuse.
• Amazon Web Services / CloudFront (USA) delivers images and static files via its content delivery network.
• Testimonial.to collects and displays client testimonials.
• Our email provider processes messages sent to and from our addresses.

Some of our guides contain partner or affiliate links, marked by the destination URL. If you click one, the partner site may recognise that you arrived via our link and may set its own cookies; its privacy policy applies from that point. We don't receive your browsing data from partner sites, though we may receive reports about conversions attributed to our links.

We share personal data only with:

• the service providers above, to the extent needed to run the Site and our business;
• professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers where necessary;
• authorities where the law requires it; and
• a buyer or successor if our business is ever sold or restructured, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your data.

We never sell personal data.

We're based in Singapore, and our hosting and content delivery providers operate infrastructure in the United States and elsewhere. That means data collected through the Site may be processed outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use established providers that commit to recognised safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) in their data processing terms, consistent with Singapore's PDPA transfer requirements.

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for the purpose it was sent — for partnership records connected to contracts and payments, that's at least five years, in line with Singapore record-keeping requirements. Server logs are retained for short periods set by our hosting providers. When personal data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements, including access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take the protection obligation seriously and will notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission of any data breach where the law requires it.

If you're in Singapore (PDPA): you may request access to your personal data in our possession, request correction of errors or omissions, and withdraw any consent you've given. Contact our DPO at hello@adamgodigital.com. If you're unsatisfied with our response, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission at www.pdpc.gov.sg.

If you're in the EEA or UK (GDPR): you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you're in a US state with a privacy law: several states grant rights to access, correct, and delete personal data and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We don't sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of — but you're welcome to exercise access, correction, or deletion rights with us regardless of whether a particular law technically applies to our business.

Everyone else: we extend the same courtesy worldwide. Email hello@adamgodigital.com and we'll respond within 30 days, or tell you when to expect an answer if we need longer. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some data may be exempt from deletion where we're legally required to keep it.

The Site is intended for a general and professional audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We'll update this policy when our practices change — for example, if we add analytics, a newsletter, or new third-party tools. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
